We are talking parenting on Digital Mom Blog. You would think that there would be some type of training to become a parent. Nope. No manual, how how-to, no support line… well that’s what mom blogs are for, right? Kind of. Anyways, I share my real parenting experiences here.
I have 4 kids. I started Digital Mom Blog when my littlest, well he wasn’t even more. I have had 2 kids while writing here, so I’m talking parenting for kids ages birth to teen.
Don’t age my teen, after teen is adult and I AM SO NOT PREPARED to write about parenting an adult child.
Parenting 4 Kids
I have a lot to say about PARENTING. I’m a mom of 4 kids. 1 girl, 3 boys – ranging in age from 6 to 14-years-old. We’ve done pregnancy, infant, baby, toddler, kid, pre-teen and now teen, Lord help us!
Somehow we are surviving, honestly most days I don’t know how we do it – but it happens.

In the early days of being a mom, one thing became very apparent. There are parenting styles and tricks that work for some parents and not others.
Each Kid is Different
It’s kind of like having a kid. Each kid is different and requires different responses and disciplines. I believe that same philosophy applies to families and parenting.
All that said, a huge help for me as a parent has been hearing how other parents handle certain situations. Especially in the digital world that we live in, there is so much unknown and the wisdom we can gain from one another is priceless.
Parenting Tips and Ideas
Here we share stories, tips and ideas for various parenting situations that my husband and I have come across. We hope that you find these of value. We are all in this together!
