Random, but just curious – did Gwen Stefani teach you to spell bananas? (for some reason I always use to spell it bannanas) AND am I the only one who this happens to EVERY TIME I go to spell bananas.

Gwen Stefani Taught Me To Spell Bananas

Thanks Gwen Stefani. Not only did you teach me to spell bananas – you now have Hollaback Girl on mental repeat play in my head. If you too are singing the tune, this video is found you. Here is Hollaback Girl – featuring the famous lyrics that now has you spelling bananas right. Watch the video on YouTube.

What’s a Hollaback Girl

Okay moms that want to Google hollaback girl. I got your back and according to the best mom dictionary, urban dictionary – well it could be a lot of things.

Here are a few of my favorite LOLS:

Word Gwen made up to drive us B-A-N-A-N-A-S trying to figure out what it means.

“Hollaback Girl” is actually a mistaken lyric in the popular song by Gwen Stefani. What she is actually saying is “I ain’t no Holland badger”.

I’m not really sure what it means but apparently, Gwen Stefani isn’t one and it has something to do with bananas.

A Hollaback girl is a girl that is somewhat of a tramp. Shes the girl that you see walking down the street in a skimpy shirt and when guys drive by, they “holla” at her. A Hollaback girl by definition then proceeds to “Hollaback”.

After the Hollaback, she’ll “hop in” the guy’s car. Usually, these girls are girls that are not popular because of their class or sophistication, but because they “put out”

Well, whatever Hollaback girl is… Side note: Is anyone else mesmerized by the fact that Gwen Stefani simply DOES NOT AGE? SERIOUSLY. Did you know Gwen Stefani was born in 1973?
