Our friends at HP sent us a HP Chromebook 14 to review. Here is a full rundown of everything you need to know about this Chromebook laptop.

Chromebook OS

My daughter uses a Chromebook for school every day, so I was familiar with Chrome OS how it worked. If you aren’t familiar with the Chromebook operating system – know it differs from the traditional Windows or Apple operating systems.

While the Chromebook does offer an easy to use experience, don’t expect to do heavy photo or video editing on it – unless you are doing this via a website. You cannot install the traditional applications that you may be use to using on the Chromebook operating system.

The HP Chromebook 14 is sturdy. How do I know? My toddler has already accidentally dropped it.

While the HP Chromebook 14 is sturdy, don’t worry it’s actually lightweight – only weighing 4.6 lbs

Okay, I am going to start with my absolute favorite feature of the HP Chromebook 14 – 24 months of FREE internet on the Chromebook from T-Mobile. That’s right, with the built in card, you can access the internet anywhere with this thing without needing a hotspot or wi-fi connection!  I’m a mom-on-the-go and internet everywhere so I can work anywhere is a must and with it built-in and free – that makes me happy.

Screen Size
