I’ll be the first to admit, my kids can be LAZY. We kick them outside and find them sitting on the curb watching other neighbor kids play video games on their iPads. I have a feeling that we aren’t alone in this fight to get our kids moving.
One sure fire way that I’ve found to get the kids exercising is the Just Dance 2015 game. Our copy of Just Dance 2015 arrived in our mailbox a few weeks ago and since then, it’s been a dance party around these parts.
Gamifying Exercise
That’s right, game-ifying exercise has been the key to getting our kids to exercise. It’s funny how whenever one of the kids puts the game on, all of our kids will run in. I haven’t found a better way to get their energy out. I love the fact that they actually are having a good time and burning calories. WIN and WIN!
