Educational Toys
Our older kids grew up on the Leapster and the Leapster 2 learning systems. Those devices got us through MANY long road trips. Now that I’m a mom to 2 more little ones, I know the LeapFrog brand will continue to be a popular item in this house!
The company just announced 2 new products: the LeapFrog LeapPad 2 and LeapFrog Leapster GS. These items are sure to be on the HOT Christmas toy list for 2012.
LeapFrog LeapPad 2
The original LeapFrog LeapPad received more than 20 accolades including Toy of the Year. The LeapPad 2 is the next generation of this product and like the original is designed to deliver educational and fun for your kids.
The LeapPad 2 will feature higher resolution front and back cameras, along with a video recorder. The memory is doubled from the original LeapPad to 4 GB. LeapFrog has also extended the battery life and will sport a new internal battery system and recharger pack (available for purchase separately).

LeapFrog Leapster GS
The LeapFrog Leapster GS, dubbed the ultimate learning game system is a substantial improvement over the current Leapster Explorer. The Leapster Explorer was the #1 selling learning game handheld in 2001 and was awarded the Educational Toy of the Year. Like the Leapster Explorer the Leapster GS will offer fast-action gameplay with a rich learning experience via a handheld device made for kids!
