3 Apps That Will Help You Find a Clean Bathroom

Kids and Technology: One of the joys of parenting is getting to take your kids into public restrooms. This is ESPECIALLY FUN when they are potty training. I am a clean bathroom freak. If you are like me, you’ll appreciate this post on apps that will help you find a clean bathroom!

Those dreaded words while on a family road trip…. “MOM, I NEED TO PEE!” Before you go on your next road trip, make sure to download these 3 bathroom apps that will help you find a clean bathroom . Clean bathrooms are a must for me. Have you ever been on a road trip and have no idea where to stop that will have a clean bathroom?  Hey don’t judge, that totally is me!

Clean Bathroom Apps

With 4 kids, there is NO way I am venturing into a slummy bathroom – especially with 2 in diapers!  We took a road trip recently and found these apps to be super useful when the kids started screaming that they needed to pee.

Starbucks Store Locator App

starbucks appStarbucks typically always have CLEAN bathrooms! Plus, with a baby, we always need hot water for his formula. Starbucks is always willing to provide a free hot cup of water. Plus, the coffee is good and will keep you energized for the long road trip ahead. Check out the Starbucks Store Locator app and you’ll always have a clean bathroom (plus a place to buy coffee which will make you need to pee again).

I have an idea for a product that will significantly change/upgrade the cleanliness of all restrooms. I’d love your feedback. If it becomes reality, I’d see it advertised on sites like yours and apps like the ones your article describes. Thanks for your time in advance. Mike Green Atlanta, GA

I just heard about Sit or Squat the other day and needed to check it out 😉 But honestly I thought your post title said “apps that will help you clean your bathroom” (my brain conveniently removed the find from that sentence) and I was like, what?! An app that will clean your bathroom? I think I’ll just find myself the closest Starbucks with the app, sounds easier than cleaning anyway 😉

OMG!!! Apps for clean restrooms! This sounds awesome! I have two-year-old boy and please, don’t get me wrong, I love him, but I just don’t find very amusing the fact that I should take him to some awful and dirty public restroom. When I want to go on a walk with him somewhere or to see some of my friends I prefer to find some place where I am sure that the restrooms are clean enough and I won’t be worried about my boy. Thank you for this information! Very useful!

I love that introduction… mom, I need to pee!. I’ve used Sit or Squat several times while on road trips with the kids. A full bladder is not fun and it helps when you can find a clean restroom instead of doing a roadside pee behind the car (or, even worse, a #2 on the side of the road which has happened more than once with the kids!). Not to mention, even moms need a toilet sometimes! I haven’t tried the other apps, but Sit or Squat is quite good.
