32 weeks pregnant and trying to de-stress. This makes 151 total weeks of pregnancy. CRAZY!
Speaking of crazy – life has become a wee bit crazy. Last week, I landed myself in the hospital with dehydration. This week, I’ve purposely made steps to find calm in the storm. With less than 8 weeks left, I’m trying not to think about what needs to be done and focus on wants while I can. Not that I’m saying that’s easy!!
Our baby is 4 pounds and over 17 inches long! Considering Z was born at 6.1 pounds and 19 inches long – it’s crazy to realize how close we are getting to meeting our little one. The kicks and jabs are no longer a nightly routine, it’s an all-day, all-night, anytime we can kick mom from the inside LET’S DO IT routine. According to Parents Connect:
Ever wonder what your baby is doing in there these days? He’s busy blinking, looking around, grabbing things, making faces, practicing his breathing, peeing and listening to everything around him—pretty much exactly what he’ll be doing for the first three months of his life, sans the adoring audience and the flashing camera.
Your baby may (or may not) have a full head of hair now.
HAIR! BLINKING! MAKING FACES! WOW. crazy and miraculous.
The belly continues to grow. I was in a meeting this week, looked down and saw my security badge bouncing up and down. This little one moves regardless of what I’m doing. It’s fun to watch, until I get jabbed in an organ.
My maternity clothes are still fitting, which is always a good thing. I’m trying extra hard to stop buying clothes, but feeling frumpy always leads me to shopping.
We are continued to be amazed at how excited the kids are. Somedays you would just think our #4 was here. Z & E talk to my belly like it’s a person. I know they will be a huge help in the coming months. Poor Izaiah has no idea what he is in for!
33 weeks, let’s do this!
