Today is bubble wrap appreciation day.
I heart bubble wrap! Me and my OCD just think the world of this plastic stuff. In honor of this glorious event, I allowed my kiddos to have at it and pop their hearts out.
Here are some of my fave bubble wrap oddities:
Bubble Wrap Calendar
I had the 2009, guess I should order that 2010
Bubble Wrap iPhone App
Great fun when there is nothing else to do in the doctor’s office!
Virtual Bubble Wrap
Pop! Pop! Pop!
Bubble Wrap Key Chain
Uhm, maybe I am obsessed, because I too own this.
Bubble Wrap a Cubicle!
While I can’t say I’ve ever done this, yet… This is hilarious!
My special thanks to the 2 engineers who created the wonderfulness of bubble wrap back in 1957: Marc Chavannes and Al
Fielding. OCDers rejoice you and your invention.

I heard about this great occasion on NPR yesterday
Who doesn't love bubble wrap? Well, right now, my daughter– it kinda scares her. But that'll change!
It's funny you mention this– we had a guest on our morning show yesterday who talked about the cultural significance of bubble wrap. Can you say, "compelling local television?"
