Wardrobe Crisis… ALREADY

maternity

The inevitable is approaching. I’m exhausted but had to drag myself downstairs to do laundry so that i’ll have SOMETHING to wear. The inevitable being a wardrobe crisis. Maternity clothes just aren’t making my life happy. I am in that transition stage – I can wear most of my clothes, but they are uncomfortable.

How is it, just a few months ago, as I so happened to be passing thru the Maternity department at Target, that there were cute clothes. The last 3 weeks, nothing. And those cute clothes must of flown off the racks because their Clearance racks are looking just that.

Fortunately for me, the office I work in is casual. Unfortunately for me, the dress code is casual, but seeing that I work in an office of 70+ women (handful of guys) – everyone looks ultra cute. And that ultra cute – does NOT include casual attire – especially not maternity casual attire.

I GUESS there are other crisis in the world – but tonight my hormones are wanting to ignore those and vote NO to maternity work clothes and yes to yoga pants, long slinky sweaters and flip flops (cheap $2 style!).

Here’s where I need your help…. Where do you shop for maternity clothes?
I’ve tried Target (and Target.com – better there, but still not great), Kohls, Pea in the Pod (I can’t seem to pay that much for clothes as cute as some of them are), Old Navy (SOME luck here), Gap and Motherhood… HELP!
